I don’t understand
how God’s Son became a man.
And I really don’t see
why He would die for me.
What did He have to pay
to take my sins away?
See the life that He gave;
then watch Him step from the
grave!

All I know
down deep in my soul
is that Jesus loves me
and His love is forever.
That is all I need,
that is all I need to know.
