The LDA prepares women and men for servant leadership as Lutheran deaconesses and deacons. These people serve others in a variety of roles both within the church and within the community - wherever God leads them.
The LDA also supports those already serving and provides resources for the whole people of God. The LDA assists the church in recognizing its call to service.
