The Lutheran Deaconess Conference (LDC) is the community of deaconesses and students affiliated with the Lutheran Deaconess Association. Deaconesses and students within the community gather for spiritual growth and support.

The LDC meets annually for renewal, prayer, worship, and professional growth. The 2010 Annual Meeting will be held in Cleveland, Ohio. Over 20 area deaconess conferences meet throughout the United States regularly. Deaconesses also recently participated in a Spiritual Renewal event in Costa Rica and in the 2009 DIAKONIA worldwide assembly.
